LIVING BODY:Yin + TRE

This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to return to the primal intelligence of the wise body. An invitation to slow down, ground, listen inward, and reconnect with the body’s innate capacity for release, restoration, and rejuvenation.

Through Yin and TRE, we create a space for deep listening and introspection, allowing the body to move, soften, tremble, rest, and find its own natural rhythm.

There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force.

Simply an invitation to become more present, more grounded, and more connected to the living body.
