What we teach

The classes.

An hour on the floor, barefoot. Every class in English, six days a week.

New here

Start with Foundations.

Built for people who have never done any of this. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 13:00, Saturdays at 12:00. It’s where most people start.

After that, all levels train in the same room.
